Referring a patient to Tooth Fairy Mobile Dental Hygiene is simple and stress-free. We provide gentle mobile hygiene services for patients who have difficulty accessing traditional dental offices while maintaining continuity of care with their dentist.

Care is provided by Sherly Johnson, RDHAP, a Registered Dental Hygienist in Alternative Practice with 15+ years of experience in the dental field, working in collaboration with local dentists to support continuity of care.

To refer a patient, call our office directly. Our team will guide you through next steps and ensure a smooth transition of care.

Our Patient & Partner Promise

We are committed to caring for your patients with the same patience and professionalism you expect from your own practice.

Our promise includes:

  • Calm, gentle care delivered at the patient’s pace
  • Respect for medical complexity, mobility limitations, and anxiety
  • Clear communication with caregivers and referring providers
  • Ethical care delivered within RDHAP guidelines
  • Never rushed appointments in familiar, comfortable settings

Your patients are treated with dignity and compassion at every visit.

Together in Patient Care

The best outcomes occur when dental providers work together. Our role is to support your treatment plans, maintain oral health between visits, and help patients overcome barriers to receiving care.

Patients who benefit from mobile hygiene services include:

  • Homebound or mobility-limited patients
  • Elderly patients in assisted living or care facilities
  • Patients with special needs
  • Patients with dental anxiety or medical complexity
  • Individuals unable to travel to a dental office

By partnering with Tooth Fairy Mobile Dental Hygiene, you gain a trusted extension of your care team focused on comfort, access, and long-term patient wellbeing.

Call our office to refer a patient or to discuss partnership opportunities.

Detailed clinical notes and findings can be shared with the referring dentist upon request to support coordinated care.

Tooth Fairy Mobile Dental Hygiene does not replace the patient’s dentist, but works in partnership to maintain oral health between dental visits and support patients who cannot easily access traditional dental settings.
